As the Senior Partner at Messrs. Gibb & Co Advocates & Solicitors in Ipoh, he has 27 years in Industrial relations litigation. In that time, he has seen why Companies have faulted at the Industrial Court. Since then he has become passionate about training, and assist companies in developing it HR compliance to weather any storm!
He believes in Employee engagement from the recruiting and on-boarding exercise, performance management and also separation albeit termination, mutual separation or even retrenchment as all these processes require a level of documentary compliance.
Sports and fitness plays an integral part of his life as he is part of 2 cycling charities in South East Asia which focuses on healthcare as well as education as a means of improving the quality of life for the under-privileged. From his experience, he has written his own leadership module which is entirely ‘off the text book’ to helping Mangers and individuals being better versions of themselves.

She was a former solicitor and partner in a law firm and a property investor in the UK and prior to that had worked for large multinational corporations in Malaysia. Sandra recognised that poor management of employees mental wellbeing at work can fundamentally crush their productivity and cause huge financial loss for the employers.
Thus, over the last 10 years, she has been passionately delivering mental health & wellbeing training at workplaces, charitable organisations, and educational institutions. Through her bespoke training she aims to lessen the ‘stigma’ associated with mental illness, improve employee’s mental wellbeing and working relationships and increase overall organisations productivities.
Outside of her endeavours in delivering training, much of Sandra’s efforts still revolve around mental health and wellbeing. This manifest in the many research papers she has coauthored, blog posts of her own lived experiences, and presentations she has conducted for health organisations locally and internationally.

With a passion for language and communication, Andrew excels in helping professionals enhance their English skills to effectively navigate the corporate world, particularly in technology-driven environments.
He has gained extensive experience in communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. He is proficient in designing and delivering English language training programs focused on business contexts, especially within the IT sector.
He has cultivated strong interpersonal and presentation skills, adept at making complex concepts accessible and engaging, and frequently conducts one-on-one coaching sessions to improve verbal and written communication skills.
He has been extensively collaborated with organizations to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions that align with business objectives.
He has also been teaching English to primary and secondary students since 2017, and an avid reader, and a regular marathoner.
