I have known Ernest Balasingam for nearly 10 years. Ernest is a lawyer by profession and a trainer in HR especially on Industrial Relations by choice and experience. I have known Ernest for over a decade, because of the cycling charity we have done through South East Asia.  His camaraderie, life wisdom, sense of humor and his dedication to the success of others are amongst his remarkable qualities. He started A Week Of Laughter (AWOL)Tour in 2016 which since has grown to being the premier charity ride in South East Asia where he has succeeded in bringing cross cultural diverse people together, joined through the challenge of cycling 750km in a week which gives rise to personal growth, teamwork and friendship.  The manner he leads and manages the Tour, without a doubt this translates into an outstanding and highly original approach to leadership training. I believe this translates into training from the heart with lot of intellect and consideration behind it.

An excellent training event. The leaders went home with renewed confidence in leading and managing their team members, better understanding of the company’s SOPs, employment law and most importantly, the setting of KPIs and consequential performance appraisal of staff. We believe they will continue to practice the skills and knowledge they have learned from the training and apply it during the yearend performance appraisal
