Day 2 – Training at redOne on the dreaded topic of the Domestic Inquiry.
Participants were taken through the common pitfalls where procedures are not adhered to; the failure to frame charges in a clear and precise manner, knowing the art of formulating questions for examination- in-chief and the salient techniques in cross examination so as to elicit the right answers.
Participants were broken into smaller groups to do case studies analysis and how to facilitate a Domestic Inquiry
