Our company started with Ernest / Back2Basics a comprehensive program to uplift our HR competence in 2023.Our initial focus was on Domestic Inquiry, managing termination and progressive discipline.
Ernest approach was for us very convincing:
- the training was flexible enough to take into account our organizational specificity, our culture.
- we included both our HR Team but also managers / executives working in our manufacturing / finishing process.
- Ernest brought his vast and leading experience as HR practicing lawyer in the training: practical experience were brought in to illustrate the training and making the topic more accessible for our Team members.
