ERNEST BALASINGAM

HR/IR Consultant & Principle Trainer

As the Senior Partner at Messrs. Gibb & Co Advocates & Solicitors in Ipoh, he has 27 years in Industrial relations litigation. In that time, he has seen why Companies have faulted at the Industrial Court. Since then he has become passionate about training, and assist companies in developing it HR compliance to weather any storm! 

He believes in Employee engagement from the recruiting and on-boarding exercise, performance management and also separation albeit termination, mutual separation or even retrenchment as all these processes require a level of documentary compliance. 

Sports and fitness plays an integral part of his life as he is part of 2 cycling charities in South East Asia which focuses on healthcare as well as education as a means of improving the quality of life for the under-privileged. From his experience, he has written his own leadership module which is entirely ‘off the text book’ to helping Mangers and individuals being better versions of themselves. 

Sandrasagary Rangasamy

Mental Health and Wellbeing Consultant and Trainer

Professional Education

She was a former solicitor and partner in a law firm and a property investor in the UK and prior to that had worked for large multinational corporations in Malaysia. Sandra recognised that poor management of employees mental wellbeing at work can fundamentally crush their productivity and cause huge financial loss for the employers.

Thus, over the last 10 years, she has been passionately delivering mental health & wellbeing training at workplaces, charitable organisations, and educational institutions. Through her bespoke training she aims to lessen the ‘stigma’ associated with mental illness, improve employee’s mental wellbeing and working relationships and increase overall organisations productivities.

Outside of her endeavours in delivering training, much of Sandra’s efforts still revolve around mental health and wellbeing. This manifest in the many research papers she has coauthored, blog posts of her own lived experiences, and presentations she has conducted for health organisations locally and internationally.

Andrew Cheah

Business English Trainer

He is a seasoned Business English trainer with a solid foundation built over 26 years in the IT industry. Having transitioned from a successful career as an IT professional, he brings a unique fusion of technical expertise and client-facing experience to the field of Business English training. His deep understanding of corporate environments enables him to help professionals develop the language skills necessary to thrive in today’s global business landscape.

With extensive experience in engaging with partners and clients, he has developed a keen ability to understand diverse communication needs and deliver tailored solutions. He specializes in designing and delivering English language training programs with a strong focus on real-world business contexts across multiple industries.

With his strong interpersonal and presentation skills, he excels at breaking down complex concepts and making them accessible and engaging. He conducts both group workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance professionals’ verbal and written communication skills.

He firmly believes that mastering Business English boosts confidence, increases visibility, and empowers individuals to make a stronger impact in professional settings.
In collaboration with organizations, he has successfully identified training needs and developed customized learning solutions aligned with specific business goals.

Beyond corporate training, he has been teaching English to primary and secondary school students since 2017. He is also an avid reader and a passionate marathon runner, a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.

Indran Gegathesa

Professional Education

Indran Gegathesa is a strategic operations leader with more than two decades of hands-on experience scaling data-intensive businesses across APAC and EMEA. Most recently, as Head of B2C E-commerce at Heineken Malaysia, he drove the commercial and technical roadmap for the company’s multi-channel platforms, led a team of ten, and aligned product vision to user and revenue goals . Before that he founded RentSmart Asia, transforming it into Malaysia’s largest insured rental marketplace and forging partnerships with government-linked and listed companies while curating an inventory valued at RM 8 million . Earlier roles with Hitachi Vantara and HP honed his ability to orchestrate complex, compliance-heavy projects for enterprise clients across 84 global accounts .


Drawing on this blend of commercial acumen and technical depth, Indran now helps organisations embed Malaysia’s PDPA requirements into everyday practice. His workshops demystify topics such as lawful processing, vendor due-diligence and breach response, grounding every concept in real financial and operational metrics. A Microsoft Certified Professional & Systems Engineer , he combines systems thinking with story-driven facilitation so learners leave with actionable checklists, not just legal theory.

Outside the training room, Indran is an endurance-sport enthusiast working toward a sub-12-hour Ironman finish and mentors Malaysian start-ups on ethical AI. Whether he’s optimising a supply chain or a triathlon training block, his philosophy is the same: consistent data-driven improvements create long-term trust and performance.
